The Ag Division
Research and Business Development Center (RBDC) agriculture clients gain valuable insights through PhD faculty guided student research from projects ranging from testing applied products to new cultivars to product development. Students receive opportunities to solidify concepts learned in the classroom by applying them. Students also gain skills and understand methods used in industry along with building a professional confidence.
The primary focus of the ag division is to test products through research. Whether it’s seed, fungicide, fertilizer or any number of other products, our PhD faculty mentoring and student led research teams have the knowledge and experience to set up and run high quality research studies. Our flexible approach helps us tailor studies based on specific client needs. This format also yields dividends for the students involved. They accelerate their professional growth through exposure to deadlines, budgets, client expectations, unexpected challenges, leadership opportunities and interpersonal skills.
